If you were admitted/enrolled at ISMT and did not receive the initial credentials email:

• Please note: it usually takes a few days after your enrolment is confirmed for your initial credentials to be generated.
• If you still have not received them within one week after your enrolment, follow the steps below.

1. Check your spam / junk email folder.
2. Log in to E-SCA and confirm that the email address associated with your student record is correct and up to date.
3. If you still cannot find the message, send an email to:
   h e l p d e s k - m o o d l e @ i s m t . p t including:
   • Full name
   • Student number
   • Course you are enrolled in
   • A short note indicating that you did not receive your initial credentials
   • Optionally) Confirmation that you checked your email address in E-SCA and it is correct
