The Miguel Torga Higher Education Institute and Longevitatis formalized, on July 31, 2025, a collaboration agreement that reinforces both institutions' commitment to continuing education and social development. The signing took place at ISMT's headquarters in Coimbra.

The Miguel Torga Higher Education Institute (ISMT) and Longevitatis formalized, on July 31, 2025, a collaboration agreement that reinforces both institutions' commitment to continuing education and social development. The signing took place at ISMT's headquarters in Coimbra.

On behalf of ISMT, the institution's President, Manuel Castelo Branco, Vice-President, Dulce Simões, and Secretary, Isa Magalhães, were present. Longevitatis was represented by its President, Isilda Inês.

Longevitatis' mission is to empower people to achieve a higher level of knowledge and skill development, promoting a balance between personal and professional life projects. At the same time, it focuses on the active involvement of citizens through social action campaigns, contributing to a more participatory and supportive society.

The protocol will allow for the development of joint training, research, and community intervention initiatives, creating new opportunities for ISMT students and graduates in volunteer projects, internships, and social impact actions in the community.
