The Instituto Superior Miguel Torga (ISMT), in collaboration with the Comunidade Intermunicipal da Região Metropolitana de Coimbra, has launched a training programme specifically designed for local parish elected officials. This strategic partnership aims to provide decision-makers with the technical tools and legislative updates necessary for efficient public management.

The training is structured around three priority areas: the Legal Regime of Parishes and Elected Officials, Local Finance, and Public Procurement. These fields are essential to ensuring compliance with current regulations and transparency in the administrative and financial processes of local authorities.

Through this initiative, ISMT reaffirms its commitment to regional development and the continuous qualification of public administration agents.
