Through this agreement, both entities commit to promoting the creation of specialised training and tailored courses designed to meet the specific needs of professionals from the Food and Economic Safety Authority (ASAE). The "Escola de Coimbra" will serve as the central hub for these activities, merging academic knowledge with the practical experience of those working in economic inspection and food safety.
