ISMT participates in the "Faz Acontecer" Fair in Gouveia

Instituto Superior Miguel Torga attended the Employment, Qualification, and Education Fair in Gouveia to promote its educational offerings and transition prospects into the labour market.

Instituto Superior Miguel Torga (ISMT) participated, on 7 May 2026, in the "Faz Acontecer" Employment, Qualification, and Education Fair, held at "The Rock" Business Incubator in Gouveia. The institution was represented at the event by Sara Lopes, from the Coimbra School, and Bruno Cordeiro, from the Internship Office.

The event focused on the areas of education, training, employability, entrepreneurship, and innovation. The exhibition space brought together higher education institutions, training entities, and local and regional companies, offering visitors direct contact with various academic and professional pathways.

The opening session featured a speech by the Mayor of Gouveia, Jorge Ferreira, who noted the coordination between young people, educational institutions, and the business sector. The initiative was organised by the Municipality of Gouveia, the coordinating entity of the CLDS 5G - InteGrar Project, and ADRUSE, within the scope of the Employment, Training, and Qualification Axis.
