The event is organised by the Association of Collectivities of the Municipality of Figueira da Foz (ACCFF) and supported by the Instituto Superior Miguel Torga (ISMT), the Local Health Unit of Baixo Mondego, the Municipality of Figueira da Foz, and the Portuguese Confederation of Culture, Recreation and Sports Collectivities.
Speakers include Sofia Arriaga (Instituto Superior Miguel Torga), Ana Gomes (Baixo Mondego Local Health Unit), and Marlene Sofia Mendes (Portuguese Confederation of Culture, Recreation and Sports Collectivities). The debate will be moderated by Ricardo Santos, Vice-President of ACCFF.
The session aims to discuss the role of community groups in promoting mental health, highlighting associativism as a space for belonging, inclusion, and community well-being.
