Racism and Violence in Portugal: an intersectional critical analysis
SPEAKER:
Flávia da Silva Clemente has a PhD in Social Service (2019) from the Federal University of Pernambuco (UFPE). She has been a Professor at UFPE in the Department of Social Service since 2013. She worked at the NGO Legal Advisory Office for Popular Organizations-GAJOP, where she currently works as a member of the institution's political council. She is a member of the Study and Research Group on Power, Culture and Collective Practices of the Postgraduate Program in Social Service (GEPCOL // UFPE) and Contemporary Brazilian Society (PPGS / UFPE).
