Célia Santos, lecturer and scientific coordinator of the Human Resources Management degree at the Miguel Torga Higher Institute (ISMT), took an active part in the XXXIV Luso-Spanish Scientific Management Days, held at the University of Beira Interior (UBI) between 29 January and 1 February.
Célia Santos, lecturer and scientific coordinator of the Human Resources Management degree at the Miguel Torga Higher Institute (ISMT), took an active part in the XXXIV Luso-Spanish Scientific Management Days, held at the University of Beira Interior (UBI) between 29 January and 1 February. The professor presented three articles of great relevance to research and organisational practice, consolidating ISMT's role in scientific production and the dissemination of knowledge.
The papers presented addressed current and innovative topics, reflecting the diversity of interests and the quality of the research carried out at ISMT. The first article, entitled ‘Motivation, health and well-being at work: paths to a sustainable balance’, explores strategies for promoting a healthy and productive working environment. The second, ‘Advancing sustainability: the role of green strategic alliances in circular economy and supply chain integration’, highlights the role of green strategic alliances in integrating the circular economy and supply chains. Finally, the third article, ‘The importance of expectations for brand loyalty in food delivery apps’, analyses critical factors for customer retention in the competitive market for meal delivery apps.
Célia Santos' participation in this international event reinforces ISMT's commitment to academic excellence and knowledge sharing, contributing to the debate on contemporary challenges in management and organisational sustainability. The presence of the lecturer at highly prestigious events such as the Luso-Spanish Scientific Management Days also underlines ISMT's national and international projection on the scientific scene.
