ISMT realizou sessão de acolhimento aos estudantes Erasmus+ para o 2º semestre
On February 17, 2025, Instituto Superior Miguel Torga (ISMT) held a welcome session dedicated to Erasmus+ students who arrived to study the 2nd semester. The event aimed to welcome new international students and provide essential information for their academic and sociocultural integration into the institution and the city of Coimbra.The session was attended by the Vice-President of the ISMT Board of Directors, Dulce Simões, the coordinator of the International Relations Office, Maria João Barata, and the secretary of the same office, Marta Lourenço. Representatives of the ISMT Student Association and the Erasmus Student Network (ESN) were also present, reinforcing the institutional support provided to new students.
During the session, fundamental practical information was presented to facilitate students' adaptation to the academic environment and life in the city. Topics covered included available academic services, cultural and sports activities, and initiatives promoted by ISMT and the student community to foster interaction and inclusion of foreign students.
With this initiative, ISMT reinforces its commitment to providing an enriching and welcoming experience to Erasmus+ students, promoting cultural diversity and knowledge sharing in a dynamic and inclusive academic environment.
