The Instituto Superior Miguel Torga (ISMT) is one of the partner entities of the Coimbra Homelessness Planning and Intervention Centre (NPISA), having been represented at the signing of the renewed partnership protocol, which took place on 10 September in the Main Hall of Coimbra City Council.
The Instituto Superior Miguel Torga (ISMT) is one of the partner entities of the Coimbra Homelessness Planning and Intervention Centre (NPISA), having been represented at the signing of the renewed partnership protocol, which took place on 10 September in the Main Hall of Coimbra City Council.
The protocol, coordinated by the Municipality of Coimbra, is part of the National Strategy for the Integration of Homeless People 2025–2030 and establishes a collaborative intervention model between various local and national institutions, with the aim of promoting social inclusion, preventing risk, and monitoring public policies in this field.
On behalf of the President of the ISMT Board of Directors, Manuel Castelo Branco, Ilda Massano Cardoso, President of the Institution’s Pedagogical Council, took part in the session.
Through this partnership, ISMT reinforces its institutional commitment to social and community intervention, actively contributing to the development of integrated and sustainable responses to homelessness in the municipality of Coimbra.
