Seminar addresses Personal Development and Self-Confidence in Human Resources Management

The Instituto Superior Miguel Torga (ISMT) promotes, on the 1st of June at 14:00, a seminar within the scope of the Introduction to Human Resources Management course unit. The session will take place at the Rua Augusta facilities, in room 2, and is aimed at students of the 1st cycle degrees in Human Resources Management and Management.

The initiative will feature presentations by Lidiane Ambrózio and Leomar Jacinto. Lidiane Ambrózio, a psychoanalyst and personal development mentor, will address the topic "Perfectionism is blocking your potential". In turn, Leomar Jacinto, a coach, sports mentor, and football manager, will lead the presentation titled "The power of believing in yourself".

This seminar is organised by the lecturer Célia Santos. The event focuses on complementing the course syllabus, underlining behavioural aspects and human development in the area of Human Resources Management. The objective centres on the analysis of individual skills and their application in an organisational context.
