ISMT and AAC – Football Section celebrate institutional partnership
The Instituto Superior Miguel Torga (ISMT) and the Associação Académica de Coimbra – Football Section (AAC/SF) have formalised a new institutional partnership. The agreement aims to strengthen ties between the two entities and promote support for youth sport in the city of Coimbra.
As part of this collaboration, ISMT will feature on the official shirts of the AAC Football Section’s under-17 and under-19 youth squads. This initiative reflects the Institute's commitment to the local community and to encouraging sporting activity combined with academic education.
The occasion was marked by Manuel Castelo Branco, President of the ISMT Board of Directors, and Filipe Preces, President of the Associação Académica de Coimbra’s Football Section. Ilda Massano Cardoso, President of the ISMT Pedagogic Council, and Isa Magalhães, Secretary of the Board of Directors, were also in attendance.
