The ceremony was chaired by Professor Manuel Castelo Branco, accompanied by the members of the Board of Directors, Professor Dulce Simões and Dr Humberto Oliveira.
During the session, the Chairman of the Board of Directors, Manuel Castelo Branco, emphasised the importance of the team spirit and collaboration between the members of the Scientific Council, as well as their commitment to the quality of the science produced at ISMT. The Scientific Council is an essential body in defining and implementing the institution's scientific policy and its mission is to guarantee the quality and relevance of the research produced at ISMT. It also promotes the integration of science into the academic community and its connection to social and professional needs.
