The Miguel Torga Higher Institute (ISMT) and the ISMT Students' Association (AE ISMT) have formalized a cooperation protocol with the Coimbra Basketball Association, reinforcing their commitment to promoting sport in the academic community.

This agreement aims to encourage the practice of basketball among ISMT students, promoting healthy habits and strengthening the link between the institution and the sports world. The partnership also seeks to create opportunities for the development of joint sports projects, in line with the values of inclusion and teamwork.

The protocol signing ceremony was attended by representatives of the three organizations involved. For ISMT, Manuel Castelo Branco, Dulce Simões, Laura Lemos and Isa Magalhães were present. AE ISMT was represented by Mafalda Gameiro, while the Coimbra Basketball Association was joined by Luís de Santarino, Ana Filipa Freitas, Andreia Rebelo and Renato Guereiro.

This collaboration reinforces ISMT's position as an institution committed to the all-round education of its students, not only academically but also in terms of developing social and sporting skills.
