Learning Outcomes
It is intended to convey to students the basic concepts and the importance of studying organizational theories.Make known the main theories of the 20th century, as well as the most current trends. The students should know how to contextualize the different organizational perspectives and theories and to develop a critical analysis about their implications in the management of modern organizations.
