Learning Outcomes

UC aims to provide basic notions and processes to identify different levels of analysis and methods used in the study of organizations; distinguish the main guiding theoretical frameworks; recognize the individual, group and organizational with effects on productivity, performance, communication and change processes.
Thus, specificity to recognize the organizations psychology intervention in human factor at work as well as it is possible to build a comprehensive approach to the three levels of assessment and intervention in organizations for professional practice.
