Learning Outcomes

Module I: 
Detail the fundamental milestones in the history of photography and photojournalism, from its beginnings to the present day. 
Module II: 
Mastering the basic technical concepts of digital photography (photographic recording process, from exposure to focus, depth of field, freeze and drag of the image, and use of the hand-held flash). 
Understanding the specificity of the photojournalistic image. 
Understanding the relevance of photojournalism in today’s media landscape.
