Learning Outcomes

Module I: 
Detail the fundamental milestones in the history of photography and photojournalism, from its beginnings to the present day. 
Module II: 
Mastering the basic technical concepts of digital photography (photographic recording process, from exposure to focus, depth of field, freeze and drag of the image, and use of the hand-held flash). 
Understanding the specificity of the photojournalistic image. 
Understanding the relevance of photojournalism in today’s media landscape.

2. Photography in the conquest of its right to the city 
3. Relationship between photography and painting (this will kill that!)
4. Painting with light
