Students from the Management and Human Resources Management degrees at Instituto Superior Miguel Torga took part in a Blended Intensive Programme (BIP) at the University of Gdansk in Poland from 17 to 21 June.

During this week, the participants immersed themselves in two central and highly relevant themes for the contemporary world: "Harmony in Diversity at Work Environment" and "Diverse Harmony: Building Resilience Across Educational Roles".

These topics addressed the importance of diversity in the work environment and building resilience across different educational roles, providing a deeper and more comprehensive understanding of intercultural dynamics and inclusion.

The trip to Gdansk not only enriched the participants' academic and professional knowledge by developing their teamwork skills, but also provided an intercultural experience, promoting the exchange of ideas and practices between students and teachers from different countries, increasing their international network of contacts.

Under the guidance of Professor Célia Santos, Scientific Coordinator of the 1st Cycle Course in Human Resources Management, this initiative reinforces ISMT's commitment to training professionals capable of dealing with the challenges of a globalised and diverse world.
