ISMT Students Participate in International Programme on Artificial Intelligence in Warsaw

From May 12 to 16, 2025, the Instituto Superior Miguel Torga (ISMT) took part in the international Blended Intensive Programme (BIP) titled “AI Tools for Professional Growth: Enhancing Career Competencies for Pedagogy and Management Students in the Digital Era”, hosted by Wszechnica Polska Academy of Applied Sciences, in Warsaw, Poland.

ISMT was represented by four students from the Management and Human Resource Management programmes, who actively engaged in all stages of the initiative, collaborating with international peers and working on practical, real-world projects.

The main goal of the programme was to provide participants with a solid foundation in AI-based tools to support professional development and improve career prospects. The course also placed strong emphasis on the critical and ethical use of AI, encouraging analytical thinking and responsible technological practices in professional contexts.

The BIP featured a blended format, combining a preparatory online component with an intensive in-person week in Warsaw. Students first attended virtual sessions to explore key concepts and form international teams. During the on-site phase, they developed collaborative projects under the guidance of academic mentors from partner institutions.

Participation in this programme offered ISMT students a valuable international and multidisciplinary experience, enhancing their academic journey and better preparing them for the challenges of digital transformation and educational innovation.
