Seminar “The contribution of the mediation category to the theoretical-methodological understanding of Social Work” with Reinaldo Pontes

As part of the course “Methodologies and Strategies in Social Work”, of the 1st cycle in Social Work, the Instituto Superior Miguel Torga will host, on 27 October 2025 at 1:00 PM, the seminar “The Contribution of the Mediation Category to the Theoretical-Methodological Understanding of Social Work”, delivered by Reinaldo Pontes, from Universidade Federal do Pará.

The session will present theoretical and methodological perspectives on the role of mediation in Social Work, providing students with reflection on professional practices and tools for analysis and intervention in the field.

The activity is part of the course programme, strengthening the connection between academic training and professional practice in Social Work.
