ISMT promotes book launch on anti-corruption measures and presents Compliance 360º short course

On 28 April, at 6:00 PM, Quinta das Lágrimas will host the launch of the book “Programas de Cumprimento Normativo no Actual Quadro Legal das Medidas Anticorrupção” (Regulatory Compliance Programmes in the Current Legal Framework of Anti-Corruption Measures), authored by docente Cláudia de Sousa Oliveira. The event will also feature the public presentation of the short course “Compliance 360º: from legal obligations to labour impact”, a new educational offering from the ISMT Coimbra School.

This public session aims to highlight the growing relevance of compliance and regulatory compliance programmes in the current context. Today’s landscape is defined by reinforced requirements regarding integrity, transparency, and risk prevention, elements that have direct impacts on organisational management, labour relations, and institutional culture. The event serves as an opportunity for knowledge sharing and applied reflection, aimed at professionals, executives, lawyers, managers, and technicians.

The short course presented has a duration of 8 hours and offers an integrated approach, moving from the legal framework to practical implications in daily organisational life. With this initiative, ISMT reinforces its commitment to capacity building and skill updating in a field that is increasingly decisive for the sustainability and institutional credibility of both public and private organisations.
