Alunos do Curso de Gestão de Recursos Humanos do Instituto Superior Miguel Torga visitaram a Efapel
On 2nd May 2024, a group of students from the Miguel Torga Higher Institute, from the 1st Cycle Course in Human Resources Management, as part of the Human Resources Administrative Techniques and Procedures course taught by Bruno Cordeiro, visited Efapel (Serpins).Efapel is a company that produces electrical solutions based in Serpins, Lousã.
The students were first given a guided tour of the company's facilities. Efapel has a young team of around 450 professionals, spread over 5 modern industrial units with a total surface area of over 36,000 m2 and has been present in the electrical market for over 45 years (founded in 1978).
The students were then welcomed by Dr Teresa Cordeiro and Dr Patrícia Girão (People Management Department), who presented Efapel's main people management practices, strategies and challenges. The students had the opportunity to validate some of the content covered in class and clarify some questions.
