On 3 December, the Miguel Torga Higher Institute is holding an open class on ‘Talent vs. Skills: What is the Key to Success in the Labour Market?’. The event will feature Sofia Oliveira, who specialises in recruitment in the technology sector and is responsible for processes that value diversity, innovation and the experience of candidates.
Sofia Oliveira works as a Talent Acquisition Partner at Exclaimer, focusing on developing inclusive employer brands and creating strategic partnerships. At the same time, she acts as a mentor and career manager, sharing her experience in the area of recruitment and selection.
The open class, organised by Bruno Cordeiro, a lecturer at ISMT, as part of the Transversal Competencies for Professional Excellence course (3rd year of the Human Resources Management degree), will take place on 3 December 2024, between 10.30am and 1pm, in room 4 of ISMT's Pole B on Rua Bernardo de Albuquerque, no. 4.
