The Power of Behavioural Profiles — Lecture with Ana Costa e Silva at ISMT

On 6 November 2025, at 4:00 p.m., the Instituto Superior Miguel Torga (ISMT) will host the lecture “The Power of Behavioural Profiles”, delivered by Ana Costa e Silva, a Business Coach and trainer in the fields of human resources management, team leadership and behavioural development.

The session will take place in Room 1, at the Rua Gomes Freire Building, in Coimbra, and is organised by Professor Bruno Manuel Dionísio Cordeiro, within the curricular unit Performance Assessment and Management, of the 3rd year of the Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management.

This lecture invites participants to reflect on how understanding different behavioural profiles can strengthen leadership, teamwork and organisational performance.

Ana Costa e Silva, a Law graduate, has devoted her career to supporting leaders and entrepreneurs in developing behavioural and strategic skills that foster efficiency, communication and professional success.
