Learning Outcomes
Master the essential concepts and fundamentals of the area of leadershipand team management.
• Know and know how to use appropriate leadership styles, enhancing
individual and group effectiveness.
• Know the essential skills of a team manager (communication skills, time
management, motivation, problem solving and negotiation.
• Develop effective communication skills and result-oriented management
meetings.
• Understand how conflicts are diagnosed and resolved. Develop the ability to
solve problems and make decisions.
• Learn to do strategic planning, set goals and effectively manage teams. Know
how to evaluate the performance of the team and its members.
• Know how to apply some coaching tools.
• Know how to use motivational techniques to team members. Develop time
