Learning Outcomes

Throughout this course each student should understand the international context in which organizations operate, acquire skills for critical analysis and understanding of organizational variables and, understand their influence on the attitudes and behaviour of people.
Specific Goals 
Students who successfully complete this course will be able to:
•    To recognize the main features of a globalized environment.
•    To recognize and distinguish the different human resources management practices applied in international contexts.
•    Develop action plans aimed at international human resources.
•    Identify the factors that intervene in these plans.
•    Use different techniques and methodologies in various international contexts.
