Learning Outcomes

Identify de training process in order to make an efficient training for organization; Identify which are the organizational competency and until what extent small and medium organization can developed organizational competencies; To know how to classify different levels of individual competency and to know how to analyze the consistency between the individual and organizational competencies.  Understand career of the perspective of the organization and individual level. Be able to make the career planning. 

Study Program

Development of the training process: the process and their phases; Training policies in the organization: planes, training projects and forms of training actions; Determination of the training needs and the assessment. Concept of organizational competencies and their criteria’s for mapping the competencies; Concept of individual and their classification; Reflecting strategy: organizational competency and individual competency; Competency and the small and medium companies; Concept of career and the model of Leadership Pipeline; Process of succession regarding the perspective of competencies.
