Ethics, Deontology And Communication Law (261298)
Learning Outcomes
The course provides students with a first contact with Ethics and Communication Law, the problems it answers, its evaluative framework, its methods and the sources of consideration and solution that it usually mobilizes. Through the combination of a theoretical and systematic approach, focused on the main lines and regulatory trends, and the permanent mobilization of the «case method» and the proposals of concerted group dynamics, it is intended to familiarize students with this particular domain of legal reality and provide them with an elementary mastery of its main concepts and guidelines. At the same time, it seeks to make students aware of the potentially contrasting interests of the company and the consumer in relation to each subject and, thus, enable them to weigh them up that underlies the current legal solutions – which, of course, will be of paramount importance in addressing the concrete situations they may face in the future.
