Learning Outcomes
The Curricular Unit (CU) Innovation and Technology Management has as its main objectives to provide students with the knowledge necessary to understand the importance of Innovation within the business context, with particular emphasis on the benefits of Technological Innovations. The Curricular Unit aims to highlight the role of Innovation as a tool for Competitiveness and Value Creation for companies. Accordingly, it is essential to provide students with knowledge and techniques for developing a Strategic Innovation Plan. Finally, the Curricular Unit also seeks to foster an understanding of the risks, uncertainties, and current challenges associated with Innovation Processes.
